Refund Policy

14 day refund window
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. If the guide is not what you expected, simply ask and we will refund you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
Email contact@beforeyougoo.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order or receipt number. You can also contact Paddle, our Merchant of Record, directly at paddle.net. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are processed by Paddle. The money usually appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service inquiries and returns.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law in your country, which are not affected by anything on this page.
