• Billing data: name, billing address and tax identifiers collected at checkout by our payment provider
• Usage and technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring page
• Content you submit: the trip preferences you type into the personalize feature

Why we use it

To deliver and support the guide you bought, to answer your questions, to send updates you asked for, to generate a personalized itinerary when you request one, to keep the site secure and to comply with tax and accounting obligations. Our legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running and securing the site, consent for marketing emails and compliance with legal obligations.

Who we share data with

• Paddle.com Market Ltd, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, which processes your payment, billing details and tax data and acts as an independent controller for that data
• Our hosting, database and email infrastructure providers
• Our AI provider, which processes the trip preferences you submit
• Authorities or advisers where required by law

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers and retention

Some providers process data outside your country, protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We keep contact data until you unsubscribe and transaction records for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights
